Jianfeng Sun

Postdoctoral Research Associate in Single-cell Sequencing Analysis

I obtained my Ph.D. (Nov. 2017 - Feb. 2021) in deep learning-based structural biology from the Technical University of Munich, Germany. Since Jul. 2021, I have been a postdoctoral researcher in Prof. Cribbs' lab in NDORMS at the University of Oxford. My main responsibility is the improvement of long-read sequencing accuracy with computational approaches as well as the analysis of single-cell sequencing data. Besides, my other research interests are systems biology and structural biology. I am fascinated by deciphering intricate biological networks by capitalizing on computational modeling algorithms, which show promise to illuminate the mechanisms of biomolecules.
