Emma Haines

OCTRU - Quality Assurance and Administration Manager

I have been working for the University of Oxford in trial administration since 2009. Before joining OCTRU in June 2014 I worked as a Data Co-ordinator for the Speed of Increasing milk Feeds Trial (SIFT), a multi-centre randomised controlled trial of two speeds of daily increment of milk feeding in very preterm infants. I have worked on several other trials including the INFANT study, a multi-centre randomised controlled trial that recruited 46,000 pregnant women.

Prior to working for the University of Oxford, I have worked for the NHS in the Cardiology department in an admin and clerical role as well as the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs department at Abbott Diabetes Care where I was responsible for preparing and submitting reports to the MHRA and FDA.
