Martin Taylor

Human Tissue Manager

As the Botnar Institute Human Tissue Manager, I am responsible for ensuring that staff and students adhere to the requirements of the Human Tissue Act, REC approvals and Divisional policies relating to the use of Human samples.

I also manage the Oxford Musculoskeletal Biobank (OMB).  OMB provides a simple and efficient way to collect and store Human samples according to regulatory requirements and helps facilitate research within NDORMS.

Furthermore, I am responsible for overseeing the Cleanroom Facility situated in Botnar 3, ensuring its compliance with regulatory standards (ISO/GMP) as required by the research groups utilising the cleanrooms.
