Ayodele graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario, Canada in 2009 and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Toronto, Canada in 2013. During his studies, he worked as a clinical research assistant at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre at the University of Toronto. He is currently on a leave of absence from his Resident Physician position with the University of Toronto to complete graduate study at the University of Oxford.
Ayodele completed an MSc in Global Health Science at the University of Oxford in 2014. He then joined the Centre for Statistics in Medicine (CSM) in April 2014 as a DPhil candidate. His thesis is on the methodological conduct of clinical trials in the United Kingdom. He is interested in the use of patent reported outcomes, the design of multi-arm trials and the uptake of trial registration. He is also involved in clinical research related to cardiovascular disease and kidney disease.
