Camille Rougelot

Paediatric Lower Limb Surgery PSP Co-ordinator

After studying for a degree in Translation in France, Camille came to work in the UK. Her first posts in Oxford were with the Paediatrics department at the John Radcliffe Hospital – first in outreach and then administering the spinal waiting list.

She is now based at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre working for the Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery team and at the Botnar Research Centre coordinating the JLA research programme into paediatric lower-limb surgery.

This programme, running until February 2019, will define a framework for research for those with this particular specialist interest. It will gather incidents that occur during both lower-limb surgery and recovery, analyse whether they are systemic or not and then disseminate a list of the top ten to the researchers
