Charlie Vicary

Clinical Trials Administrative Coordinator

Clinical Trial Admin coordinator for femur fracture trials

I joined NDORMS in June 2016 and I am coordinating the administration for WHiTE Cohort (Patient Related Outcomes in the context of the National Hip Fracture Audit), WHiTE 4 (X-Bolt vs. Sliding Hip Screw for proximal femur fractures), WHiTE 5 (Cemented vs. uncemented hip replacements) and TrAFFix (locking plate vs. nail fixation for distal femur fractures) trials, under Trial Managers Stephanie Wallis and Robin Lerner.

My role within these trials is to provide day to day administrative support for these trials.

My background is somewhat varied, having worked with children with learning disabilies and Autism, for children's social services in the context of adoption and fostering and within adult social services working mainly with older adults.

I am currently working towards a BSc Psychology through the Open University, and spend my free time acting.
