Purchasing Assistant

As part of the Orders Team at the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology, I am responsible for creating purchase orders on the University accounts system (Oracle Financials). My role also involves processing expense claim forms, running standard reports, and assisting the Kennedy Institute Receptionist to provide cover as required.

We are keen to provide a friendly and reliable service to all staff enquiring about their purchase orders and companies enquiring about the orders and delivery schedules. Please feel free to contact me on any purchasing queries.
