Georgia Goodhew
Clinical Trials Administrative Coordinator
I joined the Oxford Trauma Group in 2019 as a Clinical Trials Administrative Coordinator for FAME (The Fractured Ankle Management Evaluation) and WAX (Weight-bearing in Ankle Fractures).
The FAME trial is investigating the best treatment for unstable ankle fractures in adults aged up to 60 years old: surgical treatment or non-surgical treatment with close contact casting. The WAX trial is comparing early and delayed weight bearing in adult patients with an operatively treated ankle fracture.
Prior to working at the University of Oxford, I worked as a Project Leader overseeing product development for a leading medical device manufacturer.
