He Cai

I am a visiting PhD student researcher from West China School of Stomatology, Sichuan University, China, to the NDORMS department, University of Oxford, UK, which is funded by the China Scholarship Council (CSC).

During my PhD, I work as a dentist in the department of Prosthodontics and Oral Implantology, and my previous research is mainly focused on dental clinical research and dental evidence-based medicine.

I joined the NDORMS department in September 2018, and started my epidemiological work in sports-related osteoarthritis (OA) of jaw (temporomandibular joint, TMJ) to explore and predict the effects of sport-related factors on jaw OA.
