Jerneja Uhan

DPhil Student

Jerneja is currently reading for a DPhil in Musculoskeletal Sciences. Her research is focused on providing evidence to aid the treatment of paediatric flexible flat feet. She is also researching the most optimal methods of assessing the medial longitudinal arch in static and dynamic positions. 

She read her BSc in Podiatry at University of East London and completed her Masters degree in Musculoskeletal Sciences at University College London, in which her thesis was awarded a nomination for the Dean’s Prize.

Jerneja has also undertaken the Arthritis Research UK - Centre for Sport, Exercise & Osteoarthritis Research Internship at the University of Southampton. She also had the privilege to undergo a six-month research exchange at Elon University (NC, USA). She has received several awards.
