I have been with the University of Oxford since September 2008 and joined NDORMS in 2013. My role at NDORMS is to support the day to day Personnel Administration for mainly the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology: recruitment life cycle from advertising through to appointment; issuing of contracts and contractual changes; payroll management and maintenance of the HR Information System.
I provide support, advice and guidance to managers and staff on various aspects of employment such as contractual terms and conditions, family leave and other staff benefits as well as sponsorship and visa queries. I also work closely with the NDORMS Personnel Manager on facilitating and developing HR policies and procedures within the department.
