In my role, my main responsibilities include: Assisting Professor Fiona Powrie's PA with Director's travel arrangements, expense claims and general correspondence. I also make administrative arrangements for seminars and events including expense reimbursement for speakers. Other duties include general office tasks such as photocopying, filing, dealing with mail, liaising with the Institute Receptionist and providing cover. Additionally, I assist the Purchasing team when required.
