BACKGROUND
- I have over 30 years’ experience working in scientific research for the University of Oxford in the areas of Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology and Genetics
- I joined NDORMS in 2007 as a Research Technician for Professor Paul Wordsworth’s research group to work on the Genetics of Ankylosing Spondylitis study
- In 2016, I joined Professor Andrew Carr’s group as a Research Assistant in Tendon Biology
- I am currently affiliated to Associate Professors Stephanie Dakin’s and Sarah Snelling’s research groups
QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher National Certificate in Applied Biology (1986) – Oxford Brookes University (previously known as Oxford Polytechnic)
- BSc (Hons 2.1) in Life Science (2014) – Open University whilst working for NDORMS.
