Clinical Trial Manager (PRoCuRE)

BACKGROUND

  • I have over 30 years’ experience working in scientific research for the University of Oxford in the areas of Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology and Genetics
  • I joined NDORMS in 2007 as a Research Technician for Professor Paul Wordsworth’s research group to work on the Genetics of Ankylosing Spondylitis study
  • In 2016, I joined Professor Andrew Carr’s group as a Research Assistant in Tendon Biology
  • In 2019 I joined Professor Stephanie Dakin and Professor Sarah Snelling's Tendon Biology groups as Laboratory Manager in charge of Human Tissue co-ordination 
  • In March 2022 I joined NDORMS SITU as Clinical Trials Manager for the PRoCuRE (Partial Rotator Cuff Tear Repair) Trial

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Higher National Certificate in Applied Biology (1986) – Oxford Brookes University (previously known as Oxford Polytechnic)
  • BSc (Hons 2.1) in Life Science (2014) with Open University
