Human Resources Officer
I joined NDORMS in June 2015 and have been part of the Human Resources team since June 2017.
As a Human Resources Officer, I provide general HR support to line managers and employees. I work closely with the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology, providing advice and support on issues relating to matters such as recruitment, travel insurance, payroll and employee relations.
Since joining the Human Resources team, I have completed an apprenticeship with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), level 3.
