DPhil Student
I read Medical Biochemistry at the University of Birmingham. After graduation in 2006, I studied for a Master’s degree in Medical Molecular Genetics at the University of Aberdeen, graduating with a Distinction. Since then, I have been involved in medical research investigating the influence of inflammation in gastrointestinal digestive tract diseases, and the pharmacokinetics of cancer drugs. I am currently reading for a DPhil with Associate Professor Dominic Furniss, studying the role of genetics in the development of Dupuytren’s Disease.
