The aim of my project is to create a potent and selective ERAP1 inhibitor using Fragment Based Drug Design approach. This inhibitor will be used for a detailed investigation of ERAP1 functions and its role in inducing AS. This information will allow creating treatment for AS, which currently has no cure.
