Clinical Trials Manager
I joined NDORMS in 2016 to work on the TrAFFix (Trial of Acute Femoral Fracture Fixation) that compares locking plates with intramedullary nails for distal femur fractures, and WHiTE-Five (World Hip Trauma Evaluation Five) that compares cemented and un-cemented hip replacements.
My background is in molecular biology research - after a degree in biochemistry and a postgraduate degree in neuroscience I spent a few years working as a postdoctoral researcher in a cancer research lab, before making the change to clinical research.
