IT Support Ticketing Officer (Mantis System Co-ordinator)
My role is new to OCTRU IT. I manage user requests via the Mantis System and provide support by liaising with both the client and my team.
I am currently designing a system to provide regular analysis to OCTRU Hub Management to identify key data and trends on clinical trial issues; this will enable both to identify how IT is assisting clinical trials.
Prior to joining NDORMS in September 2018, I worked in local primary and secondary schools for over four years in a voluntary capacity, and have a background in banking.
