Applying to join the workshop
To submit an abstract and join us at the workshop, please fill in your personal details and submit your abstract and CV.
Travel grants
We are grateful to Boehringer Ingelheim Stiftung who will fund four travel grants for students/post-docs to attend the meeting. Students and post-docs interested in applying should submit a CV and abstract and send an email to lymphocytesignaling@kennedy.ox.ac.uk with a paragraph on why you are applying for the travel award.
This can include information related to scientific motivation and financial need.
SELECTION CRITERIA
The Organisers will select participants on the basis of their CV and abstract (aiming to ensure, compatibly with quality, a fair representation of genders and nationalities). Given the oversubscription of the conference, applicants who do not present an abstract will be unlikely to be selected.
Participants will have the opportunity to present their results during the central event of the meeting – the two poster sessions scheduled on day 2 and day 4. A limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentations.
There will be TRAVEL and CHILD CARE GRANTS available. After submitting your abstract and CV, please send a paragraph to lymphocytesignaling@kennedy.ox.ac.uk including a paragraph documenting justification for the travel or child care grant and how this will enable you to participate in the workshop. Information about the grants will be included in the invitation from the Organizing Committee.
