What is the Broken Bones of the Upper Limb in People over 50 Priority Setting Partnership?

Our Priority Setting Partnership brings together all those involved and affected by broken bones in the upper limb, anywhere from the shoulder to the wrist, to prioritise the Top 10 research uncertainties.

We are asking patients, their relatives and healthcare professionals to help us come up with questions that could be answered by research. We want your views to guide research and to help us improve the care for patients over 50 who suffer broken bones of the upper limb. We want you to have a voice in shaping the next generation of research advances in this area.

What will we do with your survey responses?

We will collect your survey responses and use them to produce a list of priority research topics. We will then ask patients, their relatives and healthcare professionals which of these are the most important. We will then produce a list of the Top 10 priorities and tell the people who fund research, to make sure the most important questions are answered.
