I thrive where complexity meets delivery. As Programme Manager for the UK Functional Genomics Cluster and Project Manager within the Health Economics and Outcomes Research Group, I support multi-partner research with clarity and pace, ensuring that bold ideas translate into grounded progress. My aim is simple: align people and purpose, surface risks before they take root, and keep momentum real.
My portfolio spans functional genomics platforms and health economics studies, placing me at the intersection of researchers, clinicians, industry partners and funders.
Before stepping into programme management, I spent several years in different HR roles across NDORMS, gaining an inside-out understanding of how academic environments function, adapt and grow. And before academia, I built my career in the private sector, managing major accounts and complex projects for high-profile clients including Warner Music, Warner Home Video, ITV and Sony. Those years taught me pace, precision, diplomacy and the art of keeping demanding stakeholders aligned across countries, time zones and shifting priorities — experience I draw on every single day.
For me, good programme management blends clarity with intuition: seeing the whole picture, catching issues early and giving people the structure they need to do their best work.
I believe in work that moves with intelligence and ease — where digital tools sharpen focus, smart systems lighten the load, and emerging technologies widen the horizon. Yet at the centre of it all, I hold to the human thread: the conversations, the curiosity, the sparks of connection that give progress its pulse.
AI-fascinated, humanely yours :-). Always.
