Research Profile
I am Senior bioinformatician currently working as a research fellow on the Oxford-Janssen Cartography project. I am interested in multimodal single cell analysis across multiple tissues and diseases. As part of the cartography project, we are developing a cross-tissue cross-disease atlas for immune modulated diseases in the gut, joint and skin, but also expanding to renal and bladder cancer, vaccine responses and microglal activation in iPSCs from Alzheimer pateints.
