Aimi Hewitt

Senior Data Manager

I joined the Nuffield Department of Surgical Sciences as Clinical Data Manager for the UK TAVI trial in August 2018. I am currently working on the PART trial, which is investigating whether partial treatment of the prostate using Vascular Targeted Photodynamic Therapy (VTP) is as effective in curing intermediate risk prostate cancer (and has fewer side effects) as radical treatments currently available on the NHS.

Prior to joining the department, I worked as the Clinical Trial Administrative Co-ordinator for the BOOST programme in the Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences, and as a Clinical Trial Support Officer in the Department of Oncology.
