Jianfeng Sun
Postdoctoral Research Associate in Single-cell Sequencing Analysis
I completed my Ph.D. in deep learning-based structural biology at the Technical University of Munich, Germany (Nov. 2017 – Feb. 2021). Since July 2021, I have been a postdoctoral researcher in Prof. Cribbs' lab at NDORMS, University of Oxford. My research focuses primarily on improving the accuracy of long-read sequencing using computational approaches and analysing single-cell sequencing data. Additionally, I am interested in systems biology and structural biology. I am passionate about unraveling complex biological networks through computational modeling algorithms, which hold great potential to elucidate the mechanisms of biomolecules.
