Oxford Clinical Trials Research Unit (OCTRU) Chief Investigator Course

Botnar Research Centre, Lecture Theatre

This new course will provide a thorough grounding and introduction to those planning on becoming a Chief Investigator or those recently appointed to this role. The day will consist of presentations on how to communicate effectively, facilitating the actions required from a CI, guidance on the methods that can be employed, issues that may occur and how to develop and report your trial.

The course is free of charge and will include lunch and refreshments and a comprehensive delegate pack including associated reading. The presentations will be given by experienced Chief Investigators, Regulatory Experts and senior members of OCTRU and the Centre for Statistics in Medicine.
