Practical considerations in designing a phase I Time to Event Continual Reassessment Method (TiTE CRM) trial

Eleni Frangou, Medical Statistician will:

Give a brief overview of the CRM and TiTE CRM designs
Demonstrate the design and practical challenges that exist in initiating a TiTE CRM trial and how they were addressed
Describe the timelines of setting up process (Communication with Chief Investigator, Trial Management, Statistical programming etc.)
Present the future steps of the trial

Please note the talk will be 15 minutes long with time afterwards for questions/discussions.
