Clinical Trial Manager

Clinical trial manager with a passion for improving healthcare and patient pathways through clinical research

I joined the Experimental Medicine and Rheumatology (EMR) group within NDORMS in August 2024 as the Clinical Trial Manager for LEADER, a CTIMP trial analysing the clinical and cost effectiveness of glucocorticoid bridging therapy for patients receiving disease-modifying drugs for Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Prior to working at NDORMS, I worked in the NHS in both patient-facing and administrative research roles as an oncology Trial Coordinator, Research Practitioner and early phase Senior Trial Coordinator. During the pandemic, I seconded as the lead Trial Coordinator for the Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine study.

I have a BSc in Physiological Science from the University of Bristol and an MSc in Musculoskeletal Science from University College London. Alongside my Senior Trial Coordinator role, I completed a PgCert in Leading Clinical Research Delivery, focussing on research policy, practice and governance.
