Annabel Morley

MA Oxon, PhD

Clinical Trials Coordinator

I am a Clinical Trials Coordinator with the Experimental Medicine and Rheumatology team working on the OPTIMISE and MONITOR trials.

Previously I worked as a Project Administrator in Global Health with the Oxford Trauma and Emergency Care team at the Kadoorie Centre, working on:

  • HIPCARE: a NIHR-funded study to improve hip fracture outcomes for patients in low and middle-income countries in Asia.
  • GHG-GI: an equitable partnership between collaborative researchers across high-, middle- and low-income countries with the shared vision of improving the care of the injured through research.

I have also previously worked as a Clinical Trial Data Manager in Haematology and Oncology, overseeing a portfolio of phase I-III CTIMPs at Oxford University Hospitals. I have a strong scientific background having worked in both research and medical diagnostics roles.

I obtained my bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from St Hildas College, University of Oxford and my PhD in Genetics from Massey University, New Zealand.
