HR Operations Partner

I joined the university and NDORMS HR team in January 2018. In my current role I focus on HR processes and enhancing the employee experience following on from recruitment and onboarding.

As HR Operations Partner, I help oversee a wide range of day-to-day personnel matters across the department. I provide support and guidance to line managers and key stake holders on a variety of staff-related queries, including absence management, visa queries, payroll and employee relations. I act a a key point of contact for staff, responding to queries and facilitating contractual changes, while liaising closely with colleagues across department to ensure a consistent and efficient HR service.

I studied Psychology at Oxford Brookes University before transitioning into Human Resources, where I completed my CIPD Level 5 qualification.
