Dealing with difficult telephone conversations

This workshop will help participants develop new skills and techniques so that they feel more confident and able to communicate effectively. Key areas covered include:

  • Understanding types of challenging behaviour
  • Developing a personal awareness and understanding why they find certain behaviours challenging
  • Develop effective listening skills
  • Exploring different techniques to manage challenging behaviours assertively and sensitively

This workshop is aimed at staff working on trials.
