Hui Shi

Postdoctoral research assistant

I am an ARUK-funded postdoctoral research assistant studying the effect of ERAP1 and ERAP2 on HLA class expression, including HLA-B27, in Ankylosing Spondylitis.

I gained my PhD from Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China in 2013. During my PhD, I was awarded Joint PhD training grant from Chinese Scholarship Council and worked as a joint training PhD student in University College London from 2011 to 2013. After that I worked as an Ophthalmology registrar in Tongji Hospital in China until I joined NDORMS in July 2015.
