Loretta Davies

SITU Trials Portfolio Manager (Operational Lead)

I joined the NDORMS department in January 2010 as the TOPKAT Trial Coordinator, a multi-centre NIHR HTA funded study which aims to assess the clinical and cost effectiveness of total or partial knee replacements in patients with medial compartment osteoarthritis.

Prior to this I worked as a physiotherapist with particular interest orthopaedics and exercise rehabilitation in chronic disease and completed an MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Physiology in 2009.

I am currently studying for a DPhil in Musculoskeletal Sciences at the University of Oxford with a focus on the challenges in the design and conduct of surgical trials
