Information Governance Manager

As Information Governance Manager at NDORMS, my role involves championing best practice for information governance and cyber security throughout the organisation. My role includes supporting the department in fostering a strong information governance culture that maintains compliance with data protection and information handling.

I am responsible for the delivery of governance, risk management and compliance elements of Information Security Strategy through creating information governance policies, managing information risk and reviewing data handling arrangements.

A key part of my role is to support research activities through the whole lifecycle of project from data management plan to data archiving and re-use.

I am lead on the organisation’s annual NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit and manage the secure data environment within the Botnar Research Centre.
