Database Programmer

I serve as a Database Programmer within the NDORMS Medical Sciences Division, where I play a vital role in supporting observational clinical research studies. Currently, working on the specialized task of Mapping CPRD datasets to the OMOP Common data model. This involves the development of Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) software utilizing Python and PostgreSQL, along with meticulous data quality checks on the mapped CPRD datasets to ensure its reliability.
