Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellow at Oxford University Hospitals

Career Highlights

I am a current Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellow at Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, which is a specialist orthopaedic hospital under the umbrella of Oxford University Hospitals.

I graduated from my MBBS degree with Hons. and Gold medals in multiple disciplines. During my undergraduate degree, I completed a research project on methylation status of triple negative breast cancer cells on an elective to the Johns Hopkins University (USA).

I then went on to complete my foundation training before landing up the job of an anatomy demonstrator at the University of Cambridge. Following that year, I began my specialist Diagnostic Radiology training at Liverpool.

During my training, I was lucky to receive multiple awards and scholarships. Most recently, I was awarded scholarships to go on a Traveling Fellowship to Vienna General Hospital from the European School of Radiology (ESOR) and British Society of Skeletal Radiologists (BSSR). I also received a bursary to travel to Chicago in the States to present my work at Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Conference.

Over the years, I have also co-authored multiple peer-reviewed publications, led service improvement projects and presented my research work at various national & international conferences. I attained the certification of completion of training (CCT) and entered the General Medical Council (GMC) specialist register in June 2020.
