Yuyang Wei is is now working in Pierre-Alexis Mouthuy's Group as a Research Associate at the Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences, University of Oxford. He received his BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Technological University Dublin. Subsequently, he earned an MSc and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK, in 2017 and 2022, respectively. His current research focuses on the fluid solid interface simulation for a bioreactor. He has published papers in this field in top-quality, peer-reviewed journals, including Communications Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems and Rehabilitation Engineering, and Annals of Biomedical Engineering
