This workshop will help participants develop new skills and techniques so that they feel more confident and able to communicate effectively. Key areas covered include:
- Understanding types of challenging behaviour
- Developing a personal awareness and understanding why they find certain behaviours challenging
- Develop effective listening skills
- Exploring different techniques to manage challenging behaviours assertively and sensitively
