Immunological function of genes in key inflammatory pathways

We are determining the immunological function of genes (>20 for AS, including ERAP, IL23R) and relating patient genotype with function.

This work is in collaboration with Professors Oppermann, Powrie, Wordsworth, Dr Kessler, Professor Julian Knight (WTCHG, University of Oxford), and Prof Matthew Brown, Brisbane.
