Student Welfare and Wellbeing
Student wellbeing is our priority this year. As a result of the pandemic and lack of social interaction, we are conscious that wellbeing must be catered for. This year we have a new student committee role dedicated to this mission, the Welfare Representative. We are constantly trying to find platforms and activities to improve student wellbeing this year. We welcome other ideas/ suggestions from students that may enrich student welfare and wellbeing.

"I work to make NDORMS a more inclusive and supportive workplace for everyone. I develop and deliver the department’s Athena Swan initiatives and innovate our approach to the Athena Swan principles, to ensure NDORMS embraces, values and supports our staff and students at all levels. I deliver Implicit Bias trainings across the University and Responsible Bystander trainings for NDORMS staff/students. I am an Anti-Bullying-Harassment advisor and one of the Mediators in our very own Mediation Service. I am also a proud LGBT+ Ally and I am happy to have a chat anytime, please get in touch!"
