Emanuele Chisari

MSc Taught Student

Emanuele Chisari M.D. is a part-time student of the MSc in Musculoskeletal Sciences at the University of Oxford.

After graduating in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Catania, Italy, Dr. Chisari moved to Rothman Orthopaedic Institute (Philadelphia, United States) to pursue a research fellowship in Orthopaedic Infections with Dr. Javad Parvizi. 

His research currently focuses on the relationship of the joint and gut microbiome with periprosthetic joint infections and osteoarthritis.
